My apologies to Thanksgiving.

Yes I know it's not Thanksgiving yet, but Matthew got the Christmas decor down from the attic this weekend and we spent 2 days completing the Creasman Christmas Install.

Results below :)

disclaimer: yes I have four Christmas trees...and if I play my cards right...I may have five before the holidays are over :)  one can never have too many Christmas trees....

this is our dining room Christmas tree.  Done in slivers/golds/white.  This tree is special to me because this is the tree I talked Matthew into buying when we were dating.  Poor guy didn't have a Christmas decoration one, and I talked him into buying this bad boy and we decorated it together.

This one is our newest Christmas tree.  6.5 feet tall and we call it the "everything goes tree"  Though it is decorated to match our TV room (blues, oranges, reds, greens)  if you look close you will see random ornaments that have a meaning to us.  This is probably my favorite tree because I LOVE pulling ornaments out of the box and reminiscing when we got them.  From our first ornament, to the ornament we bought on our honeymoon, to ornaments that some of my speech kids have given me, there are several that are sentimental to us.  And Matthew LOVES nutcrackers so there's an army of those.

the top is decorated with the orange feather balls I got for 80% off at Hobby Lobby because they were considered "thanksgiving decor"  score.

see dwight?

This tree is in our kitchen.  We call it the Peacock tree.  This tree has been with me ever since college.  When I lived with Lauren on Joyner Street we had a peacock tree.  I also had it at my grandparents house in graduate school.  When the house burned down on halloween, I used a gift card from my co-workers to replace it, so it too has a special meaning :)

This tree is in our fire place room.  I BEGGED Matthew for this tree last year because I felt like the fireplace room needed one.  Lucky for me Matthew LOVES indirect light, and he loves me so eventually he gave me the go ahead on this one.  I LOVE the flowers on this tree.  They are big and red and are weaved in and out of our gold and red mesh.  Love this tree too!

This is our mantle.  For some reason the pictures didn't come out as good as I wanted but you can still see the maroon/gold that matches the tree.

This was my newest addition to our Christmas decor.  Thanks to pintrest, I think everyone's Christmas will be a little craftier thanks to Pintrest.  These are old wine bottles, spray painted and rolled in Epsom salt, then filled with glittery pokies and placed on some satin fabric.  Pretty spiffy eh?  You can also see our puzzle :)
cool Christmas centerpiece with the Creasman Puzzle :)
This one went a little different.  Originally I had planned on painting these too, but when I set them out just to see what it would look like, I fell in love with the green colored wine bottles and decided not to paint them.  They go perfect with my Peacock tree!

We are still alive!

My goodness it's been SO long since we have updated!

September was the last time I posted anything, I'll catch you up on our life :)

first I'll tell you WHY I haven't update...actually I'll show you the Creasman Family Calendar.
Thats for October/November...see the boxes with green/purple writing?  that means we had something to do that night.  fun times right?

Actually, the really ARE fun times.  In July Matthew and I joined the Elevation Leadership Team as the "Leadership Directors"  Basically our role is to support the Kimbrow's and the Matusyama's in a college ministry at New Life Church called Elevation.  Our primary focus is to pour into the leaders on the leadership team and we absolutely love it.  We are busy, but we are loving every minute of it.  It is SO fun to do ministry with your husband!  I was involved with Elevation beginning in 2005 and the Kimbrows have been like second family for me.  When Matthew and I got married, we felt like the Lord was leading us to help with this ministry and pour into college students since both of us found the Lord during our college years.

So.  September.  let me see....

September was the month of birthdays we celebrated Mom's birthday...  John came into town and brought the most AMAZING ribs!  We had a huge feast here at our house and it was so fun! Happy Birthday Mom!

Then we celebrate Pierce Kimbrow's birthday.  Pierce was born September 16th (it's Ashley and Jason's second little boy)

Then we had the NLC WOMAN'S CONFERENCE...that was amazing... E-troupe preformed at woman so that involved lots of dance practices....

lots of glitter....

and of course a lot of fun!

Before I knew it, it was October...and we were celebrating Avery's (my niece) birthday
Avery turned two this year and she is the most vibrant little girl!  Anna threw a "tu-tu I'm two" birthday party and it was SO CUTE!

Our friends The Houks got married towards the end of October, so we hopped in the car and went to Memphis to celebrate!  Matthew was a groomsmen for David and it was a great wedding and a great time to support them!

Then it was Liv Bridges Birthday Party!  Liv turned two and had a gymnastics party!

then it was halloween!  Matthew and I carved pumpkins together, something my dad and I always did at halloween.  Matthew carved Darth Vader WITHOUT a pattern!  My pumpkin was a Chanel logo with pearls :)

After Halloween, comes the month we are in now...sweet November...

MY BEST FRIEND HAD A BABY!!!
Yes!  On November 17th Everly Rose Redican was born at 5:14 pm weighing 7 pounds 6.5 ounces.  Now Lauren married Seth, who is my first cousin (convenient that my BFF married my cuz which makes her in the family now) so technically Everly will be my second cousin, but Lauren and I discussed it and I'll be "Aunt Cece" from now on.  SHE IS PERFECT and I am so so proud of Lauren for having her!  Childbirth is an "experience" needless to say and wowie Lauren was amazing through it!

To answer your question :)  Matthew and I are quite ready for kiddos yet...we are ENJOYING being married and each other...so we will just borrow other kids for now :)

Though we are almost done with November Matthew and I are BOTH excited to have a couple days off, and to spend it with our family!
